Shareholders of Power Machines Group have submitted applications to exchange more than 60% of Power Machines shares (more than 4.33 billion shares) for shares of OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group). The exchange of shares is carried out within the framework of the merger announced by the two companies in December 2003. July 13, 2004 is the deadline for submission of share exchange applications to OMZ.
