Uralkali (Berezniki, Perm Territory) has summarized the results of the operational activity for January 2008. In 2008, the Company continues to show a positive trend of production development. During the first month of 2008 Uralkali produced 456.7 thousand tonnes of potassium chloride, which is 10.3 % more than in January 2007 (413.97 thousand tonnes) and exceeded the production plan for January (424.86 thousand tonnes) 2008 by 7.5 %.
