On July 25, 2003 Standard & Poor’s raised its Corporate Governance Score on the consolidated company of Urals region Uralsvyazinform. As a result the CGS was raised from 6,0 to 6,1 (10-score rating scale). Earlier the CGS was assigned to Uralsvyazinform of the Perm region on July 11, 2002.
