Ekaterinburg – November 09, 2007 – Uralsvyazinform (RTS: URSI/URSIP) the leading carrier of fixed-line and mobile services in the Urals region, Russia reports the results of a tender held to nominate financial arrangers of its 08 series bond issue.
The company has examined twelve applicants’ proposals, overall.
After the proposals have been carefully examined and compared, ZAO “Baltic Financial Agency” was announced the winner of lot #1 (right to conclude agreement on rendering services of financial advisor) and OAO “Interregional Bank of Telecommunications and Informatics” won lot #2 (right to conclude agreement on placement of 08 series bond issue).
The loan will amount RUR 2 bln. planned during the 2 nd quarter of 2008. The borrowing is supposed to re-balance the existing corporate debt.
