During a meeting of North West Telecom’s Board of Directors that took place on July 15, 2004, the Directors considered issues concerning the size and membership of the company’s Management Board.

 

After examining the materials that were presented at the meeting, the Board of Directors resolved:

 

1.1.      To fix the number of seats on the company’s Management Board at 12;

 

1.2.      To appoint the following individuals to the company’s Management Board:

 

Chairman of the Management Board: 

Sergey Ivanovich Kuznetsov – Director General of North WestTelecom;

 

Members of the Management Board:

 

•          Vladimir Ivanovich Shumeiko – Principal Deputy Director General of North WestTelecom;

•          Venera Adykhamovna Khusnutdinova – Deputy Director General – Director of Economy and Finances of North WestTelecom;

 

•          Nikolai Gennadiyevich Bredkov – Deputy Director General – Director of Corporate Management of Bredkov;

 

•          Ilya Vladimirovich Kravchuk – Deputy Director General – Commercial Director of Bredkov;

 

•          Oleg Anatolievich Semanov – Deputy Director General – Director of Strategic Development and Technical Policy of North WestTelecom;

 

•          Grigory Borisovich Chernyak – Deputy Director General – Director of Property Management of North WestTelecom;

 

•          Maya Mikhailovna Semchenko – Chief Accountant of North WestTelecom;

 

•          Evgeny Borisovich Stepanov – Director for Personnel Management of North WestTelecom;

•          Vladimir Ivanovich Belokaminsky – Chairman of the Coordination Council of North WestTelecom;

 

•          Igor Nikolaevich Samylin – Regional Director of the PTS branch of North West Telecom;

 

•          Elena Vladimirovna Umnova – Director of the Finances Department of Svyazinvest.

 

1.3.      To set the term of the Management Board at 1 year.

 

This is the first time that the conposition of the Management Board will include the Regional Director of NWT’s branch Artelecom of the Arkhangelskregion Belokaminsky Vladimir Ivanovich.

 

V.I. Belokaminsky was born in 1949. In 1971 he graduated from the A.S. Popov’s Odessa Electrotechnical Institute of Communication. He spent all 33 years of career in Artelecom of the Arkhangelskregion. He is the recipient the following honorary awards: Honorary Radio Operator Badge (1978), Master of Communications title (1994), Honored Communications Worker of the Russian Federationtitle (1997). Married with two daughters.
