On January 11, 2005 AKB Svyaz Bank, which acts as payment agent for the bonds of North West Telecom, paid out the fifth coupon on NWTs 2nd issue bond. The list of parties eligible to receive income was compiled as of December 29, 2004. The fifth coupon carries a yield of 13.2% and Rub 39.21 was paid out for each bond. The total amount allocated to pay off the fifth coupon was Rub 49.365 mln.
NWTs second issue involves interest-bearing documentary pay-to-bearer 2nd issue bonds with mandatory centralized custody. The state registration number is 4-02-00119-?and placement was made on October 8, 2003. The amount of the issue was Rub 1.5 mln, number of bonds is 1.5 mln with par value at Rub 1,000, maturity of 4 years and a total of 16 coupons. The following (6th) coupon period will be three months with coupon payment slated for April 6, 2005 at the rate of 13.2%. The payment agent for the issue is AKB Svyaz Bank.
