The board of directors of OJSC Sibirtelecom announced on March 29^th that a decision was made to hold the company's AGM on June 7, 2002.  The meeting is to be held at the company's headquarters located at Novosibirsk, ul. M. Gorkogo, 53.  The list of shareholders eligible to attend the AGM is given in the roster with the cut-off date as of April 19, 2002.
