Pursuant to the increase of telecom tariffs under Order No. 1315 of December 18, 2001, issued by the RF Anti-Monopoly Ministry, Resolution No. 45/05-44 of December 17, 2001 has been passed by the Board of the RF Anti-Monopoly Ministry, which states that effective January 1, 2002 the new tariff for local telecom service in the Moscow Region is Rub 90.
