The following is a summary of Uralsvyazinform’s achievements as a uniform super regional telecom operator in the Urals and part of western Siberia. 

 

·         the company’s market cap nearly tripled from  $US 450 mln to $US 1.5 bln;

·         telecom investments in the Urals and part of Western Siberia tripled;

·         500,000 lines were installed and the total number of fixed lines in service reached 3.4 mln;

·         the number of mobile phone users has risen by 4.5-fold and now stands at 2 mln;

·         the company has received international recognition as an issuer of securities and as a reliable partner which does business with the world’s leading companies.
