A Board of Directors meeting was held following an extraordinary general shareholders meeting of Open Joint Stock Company Central Telegraph on September 3, 2002.

By decision of the company's Board of Directors the following appointments were made:

1. Alexander Vladimirovich Lopatin (deputy director general of OJSC Svyazinvest) was appointed chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Central Telegraph.
2. Vaagn Artavazdovich Martirosyan (director general of OJSC Central Telegraph) was elected chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Central Telegraph.

Leonid Alexandrovich Derzhavich (assistant director general) was elected secretary of the Board of Directors.
