On November 19, 2002 OJSC Central Telecommunications Company (OJSC CenterTelecom) made a payout on its third series 01 bond coupon through its payment agent ZAO Raiffeisen Bank.   

Coupon yield was calculated as RUR 102.22 per bond and paid to 600,000 bondholders with a par value of RUR 1,000.
