Evgeny V. Yurchenko has been appointed deputy director general of OJSC Svyazinvest and began to exercise his official duties on November 29, 2002.

Biography:

Yevgeny V. Yurchenko was born in 1968 in the city of Voronezh.  He graduated in 1992 from the physics and engineering department of the Voronezh State University.  In 1994 he graduated from the same institution of higher learning with a major in Economics.

The highlights of his professional career are as follows:

                1995 - 1996 - deputy manager of the Voronezh branch of Promstroibank;

                December 1996 - November 1998 - manager of the Voronezh branch of  Menatep Bank;

November 1998 - November 2002 manager of the Saint Petersburg Menatep Bank in Voronezh, manager of the regional center, vice president of SPB Menatep Bank, member of Board of Directors of SPB Menatep Bank

Married, two sons.
