The 11th International Exhibition for Communication and Telecom Systems Norvekom-2004 got under way on February 24, 2004. One of the largest displays was held by North West Telecom, the traditional sponsor of the event.
The official opening ceremony of Norvekom was attended by:

North West Telecom’s display, located in the festive fourth pavilion, was the largest one presented at Norvekom-2004 and provides a clear pictures to visitors of the exhibition about the company’s recent achievements.
The basis of the exhibition is the idea of showcasing a broad range of advanced telecom services geared towards various segments of the market. The exhibition is clearly divided into two areas: for corporate clients and private users.
North West Telecom’s display for corporate clients at Norvekom-2004 features services to build corporate networks based on NWT’S multi-service networks and Centrex virtual switching services. Visitors to the exhibition also had the chance to get acquainted with a broad range of NWT’s services aimed at private clients: Internet on credit terms, as well as ISDN and plastic calling card services.
A novelty at the Norvekom-2004 exhibition was the company’s teleportation stand – which projected large graphic images located in a remote location with the chance to interact with it in real time.
