Moscow, February 2, 2005 - SUN Interbrew Ltd (Luxembourg: SUNAG) (“SUN Interbrew”), a leading brewer in Russia and Ukraine, announce today that the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the SUN Interbrew Limited Class A Shareholders has been held on 31 January, 2005 and has passed the resolution to approve the acquisition by InBev of up to 10,491,176 Class B shares in SUN Interbrew from SUN Trade (International) Ltd and its affiliates and up to 6,065,930 Class B shares in SUN Interbrew from Eco Holdings Limited and its affiliates.
