Interbrew (Euronext: INTB) and SUN Trade (International) Ltd (“SUN Trade”), the controlling shareholders of SUN Interbrew Ltd (“SUN Interbrew”) (Luxembourg: SUNAG), announce that they have reached an agreement whereby Interbrew will acquire SUN Trade’s voting and economic interests in SUN Interbrew.
