On the threshold of the Christmas holidays, OJSC N.W.Telecom is launching various marketing actions for its clients throughout the North-Western Federal District.

To the subscribers who have been connected to the Avangard service in December*, OJSC N.W.Telecom offers beneficial conditions and gifts: in Vologda, Murmansk, Pskov and Leningrad Oblasts and in the Republic of Karelia an action is being carried out, where all individual subscribers who make a fixed-term agreement for the Avangard service and choose one of the limitless rate plans of the service get 1 month of Internet use without the subscriber fee, provided they use the service for the first 2 or 3 months depending on the region. In Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad and Novgorod Oblasts and in the Republic of Komi the subscribers who have been connected to the Avangard service within a month’s time from the moment of making the agreement will be able to have access to the Internet at the speed of the limitless rate plan following the one chosen in the effective line of limitless rate plans. The residents of St. Petersburg who become subscribers of Avangard in December by having made a fixed-term agreement for 6 or 12 months automatically become participants of the New Year lottery, in which they may get gift certificates for the acquisition of goods for their homes, audio, video and domestic appliances, computers and electronics in well-known stores of the city. *** All in all, 31 gift certificates worth of 40,000 roubles and one main prize worth of 100,000 roubles can be won.

Besides, during the New Year holidays* North-West Telecom is reducing in most of its branches the price of getting connected to the House-warming package of services, which implies organization of simultaneous access to the services of local telephone network and to the Avangard Internet access service. It will be possible to get connected to the package of several services by paying just 1 rouble per service.

Besides, in all regions of the North-Western Federal District, the joint action of OJSC N.W.Telecom and Intel, Avangard+PC, is going on, under which clients of North-West Telecom may acquire a notebook, a nettop or a mini notebook at a beneficial price on an interest-free installment basis by getting connected to the Avangard service Internet access.

In Novgorod Oblast, each subscriber of OJSC N.W.Telecom who has been connected to the Avangard TV service (the Premiera (First Night) package) from 1st December 2009 till 31st January 2010 gets the possibility of free use of the interactive television service (access to TV channels) for 2 months from the moment of its connection.

From 16th November till 26th December 2009 residents of Murmansk and Murmansk Oblast will be able to take part in the New Year action “Fairy Tale Vacation” organized by the Murmansk   branch of OJSC N.W.Telecom jointly with the Power Hit Radio station and to win a trip to Finland in the company of the Power Hit Radio’s hosts.
