The company will feature its newest product at its booth number E17 at the AfricaCom Congress, 9-10 November 2011 in Cape Town.
OmniBAS-XR, the latest addition to the OmniBAS packet MW point-to-point product family, is a state-of-the-art full outdoor IP MW solution intended for zero foot-print backhaul and access applications, offering outstanding performance and unique deployment flexibility. It delivers market leading radio performance, IP capacity and advanced traffic handling and control functionality in 1+0 / 1+1 / 2+0 configurations. OmniBAS-XR operates at frequencies of 7-38GHz, enabling 400Mbps radio capacity over a single link, with hitless Adaptive Modulation up to 256QAM. OmniBAS-XR offers full carrier-class Ethernet functionality, Quality of Service, Operation Administration and Maintenance (OAM) and Synchronization.
