Moscow, July 19, 2006. JSC Gazprom Neft receives the second $260 million tranche of a $630 million syndicated loan closed on in May of this year.
The funds will be directed at general needs of the company.
The loan was arranged by ABN Amro Bank, Citibank N. A. and BayernLB and carries a tenor of over three years and an interest rate of LIBOR +0.6%.
The first $370 million tranche was received on May 16, 2006 and used for refinancing of the Company’s credit portfolio.
