Rostelecom’s delegation is attending the 34th session of the Board of the Communications Administrations (CAs) Heads of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC) and the 8 th meeting of the Coordination Council for Informatization of the CIS countries attached to the RCC (October 19-20, 2005, Erevan).
Among the participants there are the Minister for Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation Leonid Reiman as well as the representatives of Communications Administrations from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova and other countries.
The issues under discussion include information security of infocommunications networks and systems, realization of state programs for the development of infocommunications technologies in the CIS countries, development of telemedicine in the CIS countries, introduction of the digital signature technology etc.
