The daily newspaper "Kommersant" published the rating list of "1000 most professional top managers in Russia". Mr. Sergey Kuznetsov, General Director of OJSC Rostelecom was ranked fifth on this list.   The rating list was made up by the Association of Russian managers and the Kommersant Publishing house and is their fourth joint project. It is for the first time that analysts took into consideration top managers’ business reputation along with their professionalism.
