Moscow – November 2, 2007 – Rostelecom (NYSE: ROS; RTS, MICEX: RTKM, RTKMP), Russia’s national long-distance telecommunications operator, today announced that Dmitry Yerokhin's term as General Director of the Company will expire on November 4, 2007.
