As a result of one-month stabilization period ABN AMRO, Dresdner Kleinwort, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley exercised the overallotment option in respect of 31 189 362 GDRs, representing the same number of Rosneft’s ordinary shares. The total size of the Global Offering amounted 1 411 421 975 shares, including shares in the form of GDRs, corresponding to a total offer size of approximately $10.66 bn.
