According to the report revenues of the company grew 41.7% y-o-y to $10.9 bn and net profit reached $2.17 bn, including $1.33 bn for the 2006, which is 60% higher than in the 1Q06. The growth was due to the 35% increase in Urals price to $61.5 per barrel in 1Q06 and due to the 8.1% increase in crude output at Rosneft’s production subsidiaries, coupled with growing output volumes on Sakhalin-1. There was also positive dynamics in refining volumes and as a result higher sales of refining products. 1H06 operating margin, counted on RSA basis, equalled 22.9%, net margin — 19.9%.
