A previously announced deal of purchasing of 50% share of Camfin, the company holding 26.19% of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. stake is bought in using the funds of pension funds and financial institutions involved on the principles of the project lending with the participation of Rosneft. The share in the mentioned holding company was purchased from an international consortium composed of Unicredit Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo banking Group, and Clessidra Fund.

The deal was bought on the basis of the deal criteria of 12 Euro per share price of Pirelli & C. S.p.A.

After the closing of the transaction the strategic investor nominated candidates to the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. Rosneft representatives joined the BoD of of Pirelli & C. S.p.A.
