DSK-3, an integrated part of PIK Group, once again became the winner in the 5th  Moscow competition “The Best Company for Working Mothers”. About 800 companies from various sectors of economy participated in the competition.

DSK-3 employs 1 040 women, it is 32% of the total number of employees. The plant has a favorable working environment for promotion of working mothers and appreciating their professional and family responsibilities.

Winners  of the competition are determined by a number of qualifications, among them - a social strategy of the organization, the salary policy, the additional social protection, working hours schedule and some others.
