Moscow, December 17 2012- PIK Group, a leading Russian real estate developer, has recently launched sales for its new Center-2 project, located in Zheleznodorozhny, approximately 10 km to the  east of Moscow.

The residential project comprised 466,237 sq. m on 37 hectares of land.  The Group acquired a 230,000 sq. m share in the project in 2012. It took for the Group only several months to start construction and sales.

The district is easy to access by public and personal transport, being situated within about 20 minutes’ drive from the nearest metro stations: Novogireevo, Shelkovskaya and Vikhino. PIK Group has used the new modernized building series of P-3MK Flagman, which offers enhanced living space. The project has its own infrastructure including spacious courtyards, schools and kindergartens, a medical clinic, parking and shopping centers.
