Moscow, November 30 2012– Residential complex The English Town has won the title of The Best Business-Class Project of 2012at one of the most prestigious competitions in the residential estate market Urban Awards.

Urban Awards, being one of the most important events in the residential market of Moscow, Moscow region and St.-Petersburg, distinguishes the best development projects.

All the projects, participated in the Awards, went through several competition stages including detailed project documentation survey, construction site tour, and project presentation for the expert Committee. The Awards criteria were developed by the best market professionals. This year the Chairman of the Committee became the Minister of cooperative housing construction of Moscow region Alexander Kogan. The Moscow Government also supported the event thus proving its high status. One of the leading international consulters PriceWaterhouseCoopers traditionally monitored the Awards process.

There were more than 200 projects, competing in 27 nominations. PIK Group presented The English Town which won the nomination of the best business-class project.

The English Townis a modern residential complex, located between the Garden Ring and the Third Ring Road just to the south of central Moscow.
