PIK Group receives award in Investor Relations from Institutional Investor

PIK Group is proud to announce that the Company was nominated by Institutional Investor in recognition of its achievement in the property sector for the following:

Best Investor Relations – Third Place – Nominated by the Buy Side *

Note: * the first and the second place were taken by British Land Co. (U.K.) and Land Securities Group (U.K.) accordingly

The Investor Relations Awards are part of  Institutional Investor’s annual review of European equities analysing market trends, with detailed ranking of “best practice” across several key criteria used to measure the effectiveness of a company’s IR communications. Institutional Investor also identify the leading CEOs, CFOs and IR professionals who are ranked as most effective in meeting the information needs of the investment community.

Leading buy-side analysts and portfolio managers evaluate the effectiveness of Investor Relations programs by the following attributes:

-Understanding of company & industry fundamentals
-Credibility, integrity & candor of IR Team
-Presentation & content of Annual/Quarterly results
-Responsiveness to investment needs
-Quality & depth of answers to inquiries
-Transparency & quality of financial reporting & disclosure
-Access to senior management
-Communication of Corporate Social Responsibility & green initiatives
-Most improved IR

The individual scores are also aggregated to produce an overall ranking of companies’ performance for the specific sector or chosen peer group. The overall perception is analysed by different voter characteristics such as domicile of buy-side firm and asset size, and the rankings further supported by direct feedback from the respondents.

With impressive participation and a consistent methodology, Institutional Investor’s research provides a reliable benchmark by which companies can assess the change in perception over time.

This year’s rankings were based on the opinions of 998 sell-side analysts and 549 buy-side individuals representing both European and international firms.
