Kartsev Alexander Aleksandrovich, General Director of “Sakharov Business Plaza” LLC and “OPIN Development” LLC was elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors JSC “OPIN” (“OPIN” or “the Company”). The decision was accepted unanimously at the Board of Directors meeting on 19 December, 2008.

The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and the person performing responsibilities of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the latter’s absence were also appointed at the Meeting.

Sergey Bachin was re-elected to a next term as the General Director of JSC “OPIN”.
