JSC "OPIN" announces the launch of joint residential mortgage loans programme with bank VTB24. This program allows JSC "OPIN" clients to obtain loans to purchase townhouses and apartments in low-rise appartment houses of “Pavlovo-2”, the second stage of residential community “Pavlovo” construction. The “Pavlovo-2” community is located in Istrinsky district of the Moscow region, 14 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the Novorizhskoe highway.
