JSC OPIN and Rosbank announce new terms of joint residential mortgage loans programme

JSC OPIN and Rosbank announce new improved terms of joint residential mortgage loans programme. The new terms include a significantly lower initial payment and more advantageous interest rates on loans to purchase townhouses and apartments in low-rise appartment houses of “Pavlovo-2” community. The “Pavlovo-2” is the second stage of residential community “Pavlovo” construction and is located in Istrinsky district of the Moscow region, 14 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the Novorizhskoe highway.

Note: Another joint residential mortgage loans programme with Rosbank to purchase houses with land plots in residential communities “Pavlovo” and “Pestovo” has been running since 2005. The “Pestovo” community is located on the shore of the Pestovo Reservoir, 22 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the Dmitrovskoe highway.
