Nizhny Novgorod, July, 2004: on July 20 the session of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” Board of directors  was held. In accordance with its resolution the Company’s Management board was formed   which consists of 14 persons. The term of office of the new structure of the Management board is defined till July 15, 2005.

The following persons were included into the structure of the Management board:

1. Chairman of the Management Board-  Lyulin Vladimir Fedorovich– the General Director  of OJSC "VolgaTelecom";

2. Kirillov Alexander Ivanovich– first  deputy to the General Director  (Technical director);

3. Sipatova Taisiya Mikhailovna- first  deputy to the General Director   for economics and finances;

4. Grigorieva Lyubov Ivanovna– deputy to the General Director  for corporate development;

5. Vystorop Vasilyi Petrovich– deputy to the General Director  for work with personnel;

6.  Dyakonov Mikhail Vasilievich– deputy to the General Director  for capital construction;

7. Sklyarov Ivan Petrovich– deputy to the General Director for marketing;

8. Evdokimov Oleg Lvovich– deputy to the General Director  for informational technologies;

9. Petrov Mikhail Viktorovich – deputy to the General Director  for mobile communication;

10. Elkin Sergey Leonidovich– deputy to the General Director  – director of the branch in Samara;

11. Korolkov Oleg Animpadistovich-  deputy to the General Director  – director of the branch in Saratov;

12. Shchukina Elvira Konstantinovna– director of legal department  of OJSC "VolgaTelecom";

13. Popkov Nikolai Ivanovich– OJSC “VolgaTelecim” chief accountant;

14. Kormilitsyna Lyudmila Alexeevna - deputy to the director of communication department of  OJSC "Sviayzinvest”.
