An extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of IDGC of the North-West, JSC (subsidiary company of Russian Grids, JSC) took place in Saint Petersburg.

The Meeting decided on early termination of authorities of the Board of Directors and the Auditing Commission of the Company and elected them as newly composed.

4. Dmitry Alexandrovich Chevkin – Director of the Department for HR Policy and Organizational Development of Russian Grids, JSC.
5. Maxim Mikhaylovich Saukh   – Head of the Corporate Relationships Administration of the Department for Corporate Governance and Interaction with Shareholders and Investors of Russian Grids, JSC.
6. Sergey Gennadyevich Titov – General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC .
7.  Yuliya Petrovna Chermenteyeva – Head of the Administration for Development of Normative Legal Acts of the Legal Department of Russian Grids, JSC.
