At their extraordinary meeting on August 28, 2012 shareholders of IDGC of the North-West, JSC re-elected the Board of Directors of the company. The meeting was convened on the initiative of IDGC Holding, JSC holding 55.38 % of ordinary registered shares of IDGC of the North-West.
The Board of Directors elected is composed as follows (with the positions indicated as of the candidates’ nomination moment):
1. Andrey Yevgenyevich Murov – First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES, JSC, Executive Director of IDGC Holding, JSC.
2. Valery Valentinovich Ageyev – General Director of Trunk Electric Power Grids of the North-West branch of FGC UES, JSC.
3. Dmitry Leonidovich Pankov – Director for Strategy, Development and Innovations of IDGC Holding, JSC.
4. Astkhik Artashesovna Bashindzhagyan – Head Expert Specialist of the Corporate Governance Unit of the Department for Corporate Governance, Pricing Environment and Control-and-Auditing Work in the Fuel & Energy Complex branches of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
5. Valery Anatolyevich Goncharov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES, JSC, Deputy Executive Director for Investment Activities of IDGC Holding, JSC.
6. Oleg Borisovich Trishkin – Director of the Innovative Scientific Institute for Power Industry, Resource Saving and Environmental Technologies (NII Energetiki).
