The interruption of the tenders is connected with reorganization of emitters in the form of consolidation with IDGC of the North-West, JSC.

Since 27 March 2008, the MICEX Stock Exchange interrupts tendering in ordinary and preferred shares of JSC Arkhenergo, JSC AEK Komienergo, ordinary shares of JSC Vologdaenergo, ordinary shares of JSC Kolenergo, ordinary and preferred shares of JSC Novgorodenergo, ordinary shares of JSC Pskovenergo.

According to the notice of the stock exchange, the interruption of tendering in the listed shares included in the non-listed stocks is connected with reorganization of emitters in the form of their consolidation with IDGC of the North-West, JSC.
