By decree of Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region Igor Orlov inaugurated last Friday, February 3, it was Governor’s namesake Petr Orlov that was appointed Acting Minister for the Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Utility Sector.
Today, at the operational conference chaired by Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region Igor Orlov announced staff reshuffles in the regional government. All but three the members of the government were reinstated as care-takers. Thus, Minister for the Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Utility Sector Yury Zenkovsky lost his office. One will place a priority on development of economy, in particular – to creation of new productions, modernization of those already in place, adoption of new technologies, support of entrepreneurship, imposition of order in the spheres immediately affecting people’s lives. Those are housing and utility sector, power industry, construction.”
