Dmitry Konstantinovich Krautman was born 09.06.1975. Graduated from Saint Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions (1997), speciality – “Law”.

Since 1995 he worked as legal advisor for different companies. In 1997–1999 – Head of the Legal Office of Inturist, LLC (Saint Petersburg), in 1999–2000 – Deputy General Director of ICN North-Western Distribution Center, CJSC, in 2000–2002 – Deputy General Director for Legal Issues of Farmsnab, CJSC, in 2002–2004 – Head of the Legal Unit of SBR Corporation, LLC.

In 2004–2012 he worked at different positions for Pulkovo Airport, JSC (Head of the Unit for Development and Projects and Administration of Affairs with Authorized Funds of Other Organizations of the Airport Industrial Facility, Deputy General Director of the Airport Industrial Facility for Quality and HR Management, Deputy Director – Director for Quality and HR Management, Deputy General Director for HR and Quality).
