Before the new appointment, Alexander Maslov had worked as Chief Engineer of Kolenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West.
Alexander Maslov has been appointed Deputy General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC – Director of Kolenergo branch since 13 February, 2013. The order on his appointment was signed by virtue of the decision of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC dated 8 February, 2013. Before the new appointment, Alexander Maslov had worked as Chief Engineer of Kolenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West. 
The shifts in Kolenergo management are due to the transfer of the former branch Director, Andrey Gorokhov, to occupy the position of Deputy General Director for Technical Issues – Chief Engineer of IDGC of the North-West, JSC.
