Among other agenda issues, the personal composition of five committees under the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West has been approved of.
Andrey Murov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES, JSC, Executive Director of IDGC Holding, JSC, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC. Valery Goncharov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES, JSC, Deputy Executive Director for Investment Activities of IDGC Holding, JSC, has been elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Lyudmila Nazarenko, Head of the Corporate Governance Division of IDGC of the North-West, JSC, has been elected Corporate Secretary. A decision to the effect was taken following the outcome of the absentee session of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West on September 19 of the current year.

Among other agenda issues, the Board of Directors approved of the IT, Automation and Telecommunications Strategy of IDGC of the North-West as well as 2012 Plan of Measures for implementation of the Strategy.
