Annual Integrated Procurement Program of IDGC of the North-West for 2012 approved in an amount of 14 bln 872 mln RUR

In 2012 one plans to carry out 95% procurements (in cost expression) using e-commerce means.
The Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC has approved of the Annual Integrated Procurement Program for 2012 in an amount of 14,872,396 thousand RUR. The Company’s procurement activities plan was presented by Deputy General Director for Logistics and Material and Technical Support of IDGC of the North-West Dmitry Bukata (photo).
In 2012 IDGC of the North-West plans to carry out 956 procurement procedures including 34 conditionally fixed procurements (compensation for electric energy losses, land rent and utility services payment) and 922 procurements in the following activity areas: performance of power equipment repairs, maintenance, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of electric power grid facilities, new construction and extension of electric power grid facilities, IT procurements, consulting services, R&D, other procurements.
One plans to carry out 813 procurements by open methods which accounts for 88% of the total quantity and 97% of the procedures sum total.
The company is steadily increasing the portion of competitive standardized procurements via electronic treading floors (in 2010 it made 38%, in 2011 – 72%). In 2012 one plans to carry out 95% procurements (in cost expression) using e-commerce means.
The Federal Law “On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities” dated July 18, 2011 (having taken effect since January 1, 2012) confirmed transparency of IDGC of the North-West procurements. For compliance with Federal Law No. 223 the company had to introduce but minimum changes to the acting norms. In particular, the whole package of procurement documentation including all protocols executed in the course of a procurement procedure is to be published on the trading floor and on the Company's official Web-site.
