The results of the supervisory review undertaken under the guidance of the Certification Body of “Russian Register” Certification Association confirmed the high level of the Company management with IDGC of the North-West, JSC quality management system recognized as conforming to the requirement of ISO 9001:2008 international standard.
The completed supervisory review of the Executive Staff and branches of IDGC of the North-West, JSC confirmed conformity of the Company’s certified quality management system to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard and its Russian analogue GOST R ISO 9001.
Following the results of the supervisory audit of the Company management system functioning in 2011 “Russian Register” Certification Association presented a consolidated report on the degree of conformity of IDGC of the North-West, JSC quality management system to the requirements of Series 9001 ISO standards with the decision to confirm validity of the conformity certificate of the Company quality management system for another year.
The objects reviewed by the auditors included the processes of documentation and records management, products monitoring and measurement, provision for conformity of the infrastructure and the process environment, the production and servicing support proceedings, consumer-related processes, the corrective and preventive actions system etc.
