The manager of Komienergo invited representatives of regional mass media to make the first excursion. Ivan Medvedev told them of the Komi Republic territory electrification history, of establishment of Komienergo District Operational Enterprise, large-scale construction of energy facilities in the republic, the difficult period of 1990s, the Company reorganization to finally become integrated into the large “family” of IDGC of the North-West. He focused the pressmen’s attention on the stands displaying historic documents, old photos, diagrams and exhibits.
In the second hall of the museum Ivan Medvedev presented to the journalists expositions dedicated to Komienergo veterans, the Company cultural life events as well as the walls with awards for high achievement.
