In the zone of responsibility of the company there are more than 1,600 unowned objects, most of which are in poor condition. Lack of responsibility center threatens the reliability of electricity supply.
There is no single technical policy on operation of networks. Poor technical condition of a number of objects, irrational and non-optimal loading schemes prevents the decrease of losses, which ultimately affects the rates for consumers.
During the creation of the long-term consolidation program of grid assets the company has set a goal of increasing reliability and manageability of distribution networks, reducing the cost of the equipment, optimization of operating and investment costs, which leads to lower operating costs and therefore tariffs for consumers.
