In China's Liaoning Province, the group visited the Shenyang Plant of Transformers TBEA, NHVS plant for the production of unitized distribution device with elegas insulation.

Deputy of General Director for Capital Construction of IDGC North West Vladimir Bloshchitsyn, with the delegation of Russian specialists , visited Chinese energy enterprises ,  at invitation of the company Asia Electro Equipment Suppliers Ltd. (AEES)
In Changchun Russian specialists visited the Northeast Electric Power Design Institute (NEPDI) and substation 500 kV( State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC)), where they estimated construction technology.

In China's Liaoning Province, the group visited the Shenyang Plant of Transformers TBEA, NHVS plant for the production of unitized distribution device with elegas insulation , Chinese-Portuguese manufacture of  transformers Liaoning-EfacecElectrical Equpment co., Ltd in the suburb of Shenyang.

Also, Russian delegation  visited the Cable Factory Hanhe Cable in Qingdao.

“On the production, which I visited, anywhere using modern technology, Plants are ready to expand production. It is necessary to make  well-designed contracts to account the responsibility of providers in case of malfunction of Chinese equipment in Russia. Huge potential, it should be used” – said Vladimir Bloshchitsyn.

Another observation - the energy-saving technology in action. “Amazed widespread use of solar panels - they can be seen on rooftops, and even on street lighting poles ", - said Deputy CEO MRSC North-West.
