Igor Mkihailovich Kotenko, Deputy Director for Economy and Finance of the branch has been entrusted with the temporary attached duty of Director of IDGC of North-West's branch "Arkhenergo" since 9 September 2010.

Igor Mikhailovich Kotenko started his career in 1978 on the position of the engineer of relay protection and automatic equipment of JSC "Arkhenergo's" branch "Severodvinsk Combined Heat and Power Plant-2". In 1984, he was appointed Deputy Chief of the electrical shop of Severodvinsk Combined Heat and Power Plant -2. In 1996, he gained an academic degree of PhD in Technical Sciences. From 1997 to 2000, he was Director of the territorial branch of the RDC (Regional Dispatching Center) of the Federal Wholesale Electric Power Market of JSC "UES of CDA (Central Dispatching Administration) of Russia" for the Arkhangelsk Region.

In 2000, Igor Kotenko transferred to the appointment of Deputy Sales Director with Energosbyt branch of JSC "Arkhenergo". Since 2002, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Economy of JSC "Arkhenergo".
Since April 2008, I.M. Kotenko has been holding the position of Deputy Director for Economy and Finance of IDGC of North-West's branch "Arkhenergo".
