Till the end of the year IDGC of North-West wants to get the quality management certificate.

The check up of branches of IDGC of North-West for the subject of the correspondence to the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2008 standard was carried out by the representatives of Certification Association “Russian Register”.

The representatives of the certification company earlier determined the amount of the check up which included the audit of the compliance of the quality management system elements: policy in the sphere of quality, organizational structure of the management, planning, basis, management and supporting business processes.

The use of the indices of the productivity of the business processes of the company help to get information on the state of the management system, its conditions and productivity. The final goal is to provide the correspondence of the activity of IDGC of North-West to the determined requirements and create the conditions for the constant improvement.

According to the results of the audit check up they will take the decision concerning the acquisition of IDGC of North-West of the certificate of compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008. The document is issued for three years with the mandatory annual approval of the quality of the activity of the enterprise.
