Council on Quality of IDGC of North-West approved the goals for 2009, as well as productivity indices of the business processes in the Company.

IDGC of North-West completes the preparation to the final stage of certification of the quality management system which is active in the company (QMS).

Council on Quality of IDGC of North-West as of October 14 considered the issues of the development and implementation of the quality management system within the framework of preparation of the Company to the certification of QMS.

The topic of the meeting is the realization of the final activities directed to the implementation of the quality management system and the provision of the readiness to the carrying out of the final stage of the QMS certification procedure initiated by the Company. 

Management of IDGC of North-West being in the structure of the Council on Quality considered the issues of setting of the goals in the sphere of quality for 2009, as well as the implementation of the instrument of the system monitoring and the assessment of the results of the Company’s activity in the format of the productivity indices of the business processes of IDGC of North-West.

As a result the Council on Quality approved the necessary documents determining the mandatory goals which are to the used and fulfilled in the whole company in the sphere of quality of the Company for 2009, as well as the productivity indices of business processes in IDGC of North-West.

In the sphere of quality IDGC of North-West were required to eliminate the discrepancies of the activity and present the planned improvements of the major indices of the company functioning, the Company is aimed to reach in 2009 for the constant improvement of its productivity. 

The use of the productivity indices of the business processes of the company allows getting information about the quality management system, its suitability and productivity. The final goal is to provide the correspondence of activity of IDGC of North-West to the determined requirements and create the conditions for the constant improvement.

The confirmation of the compliance of the implemented Quality Management System to the international standards of management is carried out in the form of the certification of the QMS, which is carried out by the Company together with the Certification Association “Russian Register”. The completing activities of the certification will be carried out in November-December of 2009.
