Exchange of technical re-equipment practice and innovation solutions introduction are planned at the meeting.

A visiting meeting of technical directors of multi-regional distributive grid companies of “IDGC Holding”, JSC and 13 biggest Russian regions takes place from 12 May to 17 May in France.

Exchange of technical re-equipment practice and innovation solutions introduction in electric power grid sectors of Russia and France are planned. Technical Director of “IDGC Holding”, JSC Pavel Okley will become a moderator of the meeting on the part of Russia.

Specialists of “IDGC Holding”, JSC will get acquainted with production of middle and high voltage cables, Aero-Z new generation wires for overhead transmission lines in the regions of adverse climatic conditions at Nexans Corporation plant located in Burg-an-Bress. Testing laboratories will be presented, and production quality control system will be shown in action at the plant.

The biggest European Nexans Scientific and Research Center in Lion will be visited. Russian Delegation will see recent developments of cable construction and electric technical production product materials.

“IDGC Holding”, JSC technical directors will get acquainted with operation of their colleagues from “Electricite de France” French Grid Company. They are in store to visit control station, and an object of high-voltage transmission line building.

Participants of the meeting will visit “Simel” plant which belongs to “Tyco Electronics” Group of Companies. It produces fittings for self-supporting insulated conductors. There, a meeting of the enterprise management and the company export services will take place.
