Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer Georgy Turlov was elected to IDGC of North-West Management Board under the resolution of IDGC of North-West Management Board promoted by General Director Alexander Kukhmai.

Georgy Turlov was appointed Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer of IDGC of North-West on 11 August, 2008.
