Anton Kolesnikov was designated for the post of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West commissioned Alexander Chistyakov to the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Anton Kolesnikov was appointed to the post of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors; Natalia Gorbunova, Head of the Department of Corporate Governance and Law of IDGC of the North-West, was designated to the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West adopted all the resolutions unanimously at the absentee meeting as of July 17.
